Cherries must have the following minimum sizes equal to or greater than 24 mm. and must gather the distinctiveness characteristics of flavor, color and the firmness of the fruit required by the company.

The caliber category of the fruit is determined by maximum diameter of the equatorial section and for its commercialization we classify them internally in:

Extra: 26 to 28 mm.
Super- extra: + 28 mm.

They must have an appropriate development and correspond to all the characteristics of the variety, and a uniform coloring and ripening.
