Our production

Our area of production has favorable agroclimatic characteristics for cherry growing. The main feature is being placed in one of the highest mountainous area of Aragon (Spain).

LOCATION

Our cherry trees are in the foothills of a mountain range called “Sierra de Pardos”, next to the sunken landform Calatayud-Daroca area. They are on the left bank of the Jiloca River, within the region of Calatayud.

CLIMATOLOGY

The climate is continental characterized by swings in temperature, hot and dry summers and extremely cold winters with usual frosts most of the time around the year. The average annual temperature is 13 º C and the average annual rainfall is 425 mm

ALTITUDE

Our land covers an area of 65 hectares dedicated to cherry growing, at an altitude of 800 m above sea level, which marks our cherries fruit distinctiveness features based on exceptional quality.
